Best Camping Games Under 15$

I stopped using disposable plates and plastic cutlery years ago because campsite trash adds up fast, and reusable stainless steel sets are just easier in the long run. They pack smaller, clean up better, and don’t leave me dealing with waste after every meal.

These are the three camping dining sets I’ve used the most over the past few years, and each one has worked well for a slightly different kind of trip.

THKFISH 210PCS FISHING ACCESSORIES KIT

This kit leans more toward the accessories side, which makes it great if you want to build your own setups. It includes hooks, weights, swivels, and a lot of small components that are actually useful.

It also has a double-sided tackle box, which helps keep everything organized and easy to access.

What I like:
• Huge number of pieces for the price
• Double-sided box makes organizing easier
• Good for building different fishing rigs

What I don’t:
• Doesn’t include as many full lures as other kits
• More focused on parts than ready-to-use setups

TRUSCEND 128PCS FISHING LURE KIT

This is a more balanced kit that includes both lures and accessories, making it a good middle-ground option. The lures are designed to look realistic, which can help when you’re learning what works.

It’s a solid choice if you want a mix of ready-to-use gear and basic components.

What I like:
• Realistic lures with good detail and design
• Good mix of lures and accessories
• Durable materials that hold up over time

What I don’t:
• Fewer pieces compared to larger kits
• Not as specialized for specific fishing styles

LED FLYING SLINGSHOT HELICOPTER SET

This is a fun one for campsites, open fields, and evening RV stops because the glow effect makes it feel different from standard toys. I like these most for dusk and nighttime because the light-up flying pieces are really eye-catching and kids usually want to keep launching them.

They’re also easy to stash in a side bin or tackle drawer, which makes them useful for boat docks, campgrounds, and quick stops during road trips when kids need to burn off energy.

What I like:

  • Glow effect makes it fun at night

  • Great for open campsites and yards

  • Comes with a lot of pieces for groups

What I don’t:

  • Easy to lose pieces in tall grass

  • Needs open outdoor space

HOYLE WATERPROOF PLAYING CARDS

81HQceOhFoL._AC_SL1500_.jpg

I always like having a waterproof deck packed because it’s one of the most versatile games you can bring. Whether it’s poker at the campsite, Go Fish in the RV, or simple card games on the boat, these work almost anywhere.

The waterproof plastic cards are especially good around snacks, drinks, lake water, and dirty hands, which is exactly why they fit camping and fishing trips so well. It’s one of the smallest things I pack that gets used the most.

What I like:

  • Waterproof and easy to clean

  • Works for endless game options

  • Takes almost no storage space

What I don’t:

  • Less exciting for very young kids

  • Can slide around on smooth tables

MATTEL GAMES UNO SPLASH

This is one of the easiest camping and boat games to pack because everyone already knows how to play it. I like the waterproof cards and clip because it keeps the whole deck together, which is perfect for RV bins, boat bags, and picnic totes.

It’s especially useful for long drives, rainy cabin nights, and quiet evenings at the campsite when everyone wants something fast and familiar.

What I like:

  • Waterproof cards hold up outdoors

  • Portable clip keeps cards together

  • Familiar game for all ages

What I don’t:

  • Slippery cards can take getting used to

  • Can get competitive fast with siblings

LARGE STICKY DART BOARD TOY SET

This is one of the best campsite and RV games because it gives kids something active to do without needing much setup. I like that the sticky balls and darts are safe, so it works well for campsites, cabins, and even inside the RV on rainy afternoons.

The foldable design makes it easy to store, and it’s also a good boat-day option when you’re docked or hanging around shore. It’s simple, visual, and keeps kids entertained longer than most small travel toys.

What I like:

  • Safe sticky design works well for kids

  • Foldable and easy to pack

  • Great for campsites, cabins, and RVs

What I don’t:

  • Needs a hanging spot or open wall space

  • Bigger than card-style travel games

HAPINEST FIND AND SEEK SCAVENGER HUNT CARD GAME

This is one of my favorite travel and campsite games because it turns any campground, beach, or rest stop into a little adventure. I like using it on nature walks, around picnic tables, or even during long fuel stops because it keeps kids moving and paying attention to what’s around them.

The drawstring bag makes it easy to throw into the RV door pocket, glove box, or camping tote. It’s especially good for younger kids who need something interactive without electronics.

What I like:

  • Great for campsites, beaches, and road trips

  • Encourages active play and exploration

  • Small drawstring bag packs easily

What I don’t:

  • Better for younger kids than older ones

  • Needs safe surroundings to explore

For active campsite fun, the sticky dart board and flying helicopter set are the most exciting. For road trips and RV nights, the scavenger hunt cards and UNO Splash are easy wins. If I only wanted one compact game for every kind of trip, the Hoyle waterproof cards are still the most versatile.
